Privacy policy
What personal data Zinvee collects, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it.
Last updated 18 October 2026
This policy covers zinvee.com, accounts.zinvee.com and the Zinvee apps (CRM, Inbox and Work). “Zinvee”, “we” and “us” mean Netchip Services Private Limited, Thevara, Kochi, Kerala, India.
Two kinds of data
- Your account data: your name, email, phone number, your business’s name and billing details (such as GSTIN and address), sign-in records and payments. We decide how this is used and are responsible for it.
- Data you put in the apps: your leads, customers, conversations, call logs, tasks and files. Your business decides what goes in and why. We handle it only to run the apps for you, on your instructions, and you are responsible for having the right to collect it and for telling your own customers.
What we collect
- What you give us when you sign up, invite people, pay or write to us.
- Sign-in records: the time, device and IP address of each sign-in, to keep accounts secure.
- How the apps are used and the errors they hit, to fix problems and improve them.
- Cookies that keep you signed in. zinvee.com itself sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run the apps, send sign-in codes and keep accounts secure.
- To tell you about your account, your plan and payments, and to answer support requests.
- To issue tax invoices and meet our legal duties.
- To improve Zinvee, using usage figures that don’t identify you.
We don’t sell personal data and we don’t show advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run Zinvee, each bound to protect it:
- cloud providers that host our servers, databases, backups and files;
- an email delivery service, for sign-in codes and account emails;
- Razorpay, when you pay online;
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook), when you connect those accounts to an app;
- AI providers, when you use an AI feature: for example, Inbox’s AI agent sends the conversation and your business details to the provider to write a reply;
- government authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers handle data outside India.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open, and invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires. When you close an app or your account, we delete the data in it, except what the law requires us to keep. Backups are kept for up to 30 days and then overwritten.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Stored secrets, such as connection tokens and two-step sign-in keys, are encrypted. Access to customer accounts is limited to the people who run Zinvee, and our operator consoles require two-step sign-in and record every action.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent, and you can raise a grievance with us. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Zinvee, contact that business first: they decide what happens to your data in their apps, and we help them answer you.
Children
Zinvee is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new date, and email account owners about important ones before they take effect.
