- Works offline. On a phone with no signal, changes wait and go through when you are back online.
Nothing goes quiet.
The Pending list opens on everything outstanding, late work first. When something slips, the right people hear about it, in order.
- Know it landed. The person accepts, asks for more information or says they can’t. If a task sits unseen, whoever assigned it is told.
- Reminders, then escalation. A working day overdue, whoever assigned it hears; after three, the person’s manager does. You choose the days.
- A 7 am digest. Sent on mornings with something overdue, due today or newly assigned, and never on the others.

- Work runs in the browser on any computer or phone, and can be installed from the browser to the phone’s home screen.
- Work can also run in Malayalam, chosen by each person.
